Highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing! We have had them out for two jobs so far, (one major and one minor), and both times they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I run a home daycare, and they were even kind enough to provide colouring books for my children!
We will definitely continue to use Cardinal for all future plumbing services.
The main water shut off valve at our rental property had been seized for several years, and in addition was in a very awkward spot. If we had any water leaks in the house we would not have been able to shut the water off.
By chance, I met Matt at my daughter’s house while he was power blasting a clogged drain line and was impressed with his professionalism and his customer focused friendly service,
I set up an appointment the following week to have Cardinal look at the seized valve. David, from Cardinal arrived exactly on the time, discussed his approach with me and replaced the main valve within a few hours. Would have been faster but we had to wait for the PUC to shut the water off at the Street and to then come back and open it up so David could check to make sure there was no leak.
Top notch, friendly service. I highly recommend Cardinal.
Very impressed with David and the work he did for us this week. He was so honest with pricing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. Just a quick shout out to the Cardinal Team and Andrew the electrician. Outstanding job done with our pot lights and some other electrical work done in our house. Andrew took the time to explain what was going to be done and then made sure all works was completed with satisfactory. I have used Cardinal for all my electrical needs over the past three years. This included an EV hookup, a full basement renovation, a garage heater and various other misc. odds and ends. They are always a pleasure to have doing work for us, they show up on time the quality of work is excellent and their team is very personable. Can’t recommend them enough.
Alex and Jessie are the go to for electrical!!! These two professionals know their stuff!!! Extremely professional from beginning to end. We had our whole house upgraded. Feedback was given upon completion of each level, and we knew at the end our family home was safe! Definitely will be calling again for any future needs!!
Tom arrived on schedule and performed work requested. Found my leak quickly and gave me my options and prices. No surprises. He also repaired a few other items that I had in mind and even installed a needed new main valve. He explained everything and was quite professional. Clean up was good and I have no complaints whatsoever. Will use Cardinal again for upcoming electrical work.

She had a non urgent plumbing job she needed done. We called and set up an appointment to come give a quote. She was very happy with David who came, felt very comfortable with him so booked a day.
On both occasions David was punctual. He did an amazing job and took great pride in his workmanship and afterward cleaned up meticulously. He was very personable and professional.
The office staff were also very helpful and very professional. Will definitely be calling again for any plumbing needs.
Matt was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Being new to the area and unfamiliar with all the septic and well stuff in the basement he was more than willing to answer all of our many questions as well as taking the the time to offer advice and tips. Overall a very pleasant experience resulting from a big problem. We will not hesitate to contact Cardinal again when and if future problems arise.
