  • No Emergency Fees: No matter how large your issue you will never pay emergency service call fees.
  • Preferred Pricing*: All Cardinal Care Club members will receive a 10% savings on all work performed. Underground sewer work or water service replacement excepted.
  • Annual Home Check-Ups: Your home receives an annual inspection at no cost. A system expert will check every accessible part of your system to help avoid your next emergency.
  • Back Water Valve and Sump Pump Maintenance: During our check-up we will perform routine maintenance and monitor your flood protection equipment.
  • Written Report: With every maintenance inspection you receive a detailed report on your system as well as our recommendations for repair. This great tool is perfect for anticipating upcoming work and budgeting for work that will be necessary in the coming years.
  • Growing Benefits: As our team grows so do our services. Your membership will always be updated to include our newest benefits and you will never lose the ones you have.
*If you received a discount under the Cardinal Care Club preferred pricing benefit you must maintain your membership for the following 12 months. Renewal of membership may be declined on the 13th month.
